Ok long long story...we (my hubby?

& myself are taking his ex to court for sole custodial custody and joint legal custody because of a number of things like the fact that the children are not allowed to be a part in any way of their community...his son has been failing in school for all 4 years that he has been in school(have transcripts to prove it) and she refuses to get him any kind of tutoring or anything saying she dosent have any money..but she just took a trip to the bahamas 2 weeks ago....do you guys think we have a chance of winning this and what is the best way to do it? Also she refuses to buy them new clothes except for once a year..but buys herself clothes like every week...etc.
