If i get help when i have the baby nd i go to a place to help me can i just go there and go back home?

i want to have my baby baby daddys in jail comin out march 1st another 3 months my family dont want me to have the baby but i want it and so does my man im 14yrs old nd my mansz 18yrs old he does construction,landscapin,electricity and more nd he will b makin the money i mean ill have a job and errything i know that things will b o.k with taken care of the baby its that my parents are sayin dat they gone put me in a home nd tell my cps worker or probation officer that they dont want me there no more and i dont want to go to a group home das my concern if i got to a place where theres like a home for young teens to stay at nd live there i dont want to b there can my parent really do that? how can i change t around if i dont want to go there?i dont want my baby to b in adoption i dont go with that at all.so what are other ways?pllz hep me!!!
