Help! is my husband depressed?

It really does sound like he's suffering from depression. I really don't think he means it when he says he doesn't feel anything for you anymore. Isolation is a symptom of depression, and that's what it sounds like he's trying to do. All of the symptoms you've described does indeed sound like depression. Unfortunately, when people are depressed they tend to push away the people they love the most, and the people that love them. I would talk with him about getting some help with his depression. Encourage him to see a psychiatrist/psychologist. They can evaluate him & give him a proper diagnosis. There are also medications that can help him feel better. I really commend you for caring so much, and sticking by him through this very difficult time. Don't give up on him as he goes through this horrible time. In the end the two of you will be so much closer. Once he realizes you're not going anywhere, & that you're there to help him, he will be so much more appreciative of you once he gets control of the depression. It might also be beneficial for the two of you to go to counseling together so you can get through this together. I wish you both the very best!
